Return & Refund Policy
At The Button Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- Returned in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@thebuttonatelier.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless you received an incorrect or damaged product.
In those cases, The Button Atelier will cover all return or replacement costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
